We had a wonderful and full schedule for our three day Easter weekend.1) Good Friday - My company gives me Good Friday off and it has been a tradition for the last at least 6 years to go up to the wine country and visit some new wineries. Chris was off and Patty managed to break away in the middle of the day so we all headed up to the Dry Creek area to discover some new and exciting wineries. The weather was great and we were able to check off a few new wineries from
my map - Rodney Strong (good port) , J Winery (overpriced), Limerick Lane (nothing really), Christopher Creek (good zin) & Armida(nice 'poison' & great grounds). Not a bad score!2) Holy Saturday - since Chris had to work on Sunday we met up with Mom & Dad on Saturday in Sausalito for a wonderful brunch @ Horizons. The food was amazing... and of course so was the company. Afterward we took a nice stroll along the water with both of our pooches.
3) Easter Sunday - Chris had to work so I invited my Czech friends for a lil appetizer afternoon on our deck. Luckily, the weather was perfect so we were able to sit out there until everybody had to head home.
Ahhhh.... the weekend couldn't have been better!!!
